Back from holidays. Most of the house is complete. The only thing left is door handles, cleanup and carpet as far as I can see. SS told us that carpet is due 9 Feb and PCI some time after that. Expected move in date is end Feb.
Driveway was done before Christmas and so has had plenty of time to dry.
